Ken Therrien one of the founders of workcampNE also serves as Vice President of Organizational Development with a focus in the areas of values-based leadership development, learning, and organizational change. With over 10 years as an executive and practitioner, workcampNE has incorporated his experience as a recognized leader in the field by offering learning and team development solutions for all levels and functions of churches and organizations.

In addition to his current experience, Ken holds an advanced degree in Education/Human Resource Development from Plymouth State University as well as progress towards a Master of Arts in Religious Studies program.
